City of Prairie Village designates February 7-13 as Scouting Anniversary Week.

City of Prairie Village recognizes Troop 91 for 80 years of service to the City, State and Nation.

Interesting Troop 91 Timeline
 
1947 – Dr. Robert Meneilly is the first Scoutmaster of Troop 91.  He continued on through 1950.
 
1949 – The troop moved from Prairie School to Village Presbyterian Church
 
1960’s – Troop 91 was the largest in the country. Indian War Dancers went to Europe. First black scouts were called for Mic-O-Say.
 
2009- Tornado very close to Bartle Reservation during the troop’s session; another actually hit the reservation during the next session.
